Delete Your Rally Account

If you want to permanently delete your Rally account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: In the App

Open Rally and go to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email from the address associated with your Rally account to:

Request Deletion via Email

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile (name, avatar, rating, tier, streak)
• Match and practice history
• Court memberships
• Game requests and announcements
• Notification history
• Purchase entitlements

Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days of the request. Anonymous aggregate statistics (e.g., court match counts) may be retained.
